The Behenian fixed star Deneb Algedi is found at 23 degrees Aquarius in the Capricorn constellation. According to Agrippa, this star is used magically to win over court cases and to bring peace and success to the home. 
 
These candles were made while the fixed star was culminating and sextile to the moon with no planets making poor aspects to the moon.
